Language courses have a quality problem. Help us fix them.
35,000+ students since 2004. Two locations. A team that believes this industry can do better – and is proving it.

Who thrives here. And who doesn’t.
You’ll thrive if:
- Student success feels personal — whether you're teaching, advising, or handling their paperwork.
- You’d rather fix a broken process than work around it.
- You speak up when something isn’t working, even when it’s uncomfortable.
- You help where you’re needed, not just where your job title says.
You probably won’t if:
- You hold racist, sexist, homophobic, or other discriminatory views.
- “Good enough” is your standard when someone's future is on the line.
- You notice what’s not working but assume someone else will handle it.
- You stick to your role when a colleague or student needs help.
Four steps to the right decision. Not the rushed one.
You'll know exactly what the job is and who you'll be working with. And we'll know exactly who you are.
First interview
We get to know each other. You share what brought you here. We explain what the role really involves – including the difficult parts. Afterwards, we both decide if it’s worth continuing.
Trial day
Work alongside us for a day. Get to know your future team. Teachers teach real students. Admin handles real cases. You see exactly what the job is. We see how you work. No acting, just reality.
Second Interview
Talk about your trial day. Negotiate salary and start date. Address open questions, from either side. No surprises later.
Contract & Start Date
Review terms together. Clarify anything unclear. Sign when you’re ready.
